Island Girl Hot Sauce - Slight

A gentler expression of our premium Caribbean hot sauce, blending ripe mango, scotch bonnet chilli and bright lime for a sauce that's layered, vibrant and endlessly versatile, with just a slight touch of heat.

Handmade in small batches, it is designed to sit on the table as much as in the kitchen.  Drizzle generously over eggs, grilled meats, seafood and roasted vegetables, stir through dressings and marinades, or spoon onto rice and grain bowls.  Equally at home brushed with sugar and spices to char tropical fruit, to add a little kick to desserts.  Perfect for depth and warmth in cocktails, like Spicy Margaritas and Bloody Marys.

Crafted for those who love the flavour of scotch bonnet but prefer their heat softer. Slight keeps all the fruitiness, fragrance and character of Island Girl Original, with a gentle warmth that lets you use it liberally.

Mango (30%), apple cider vinegar, carrot, filtered water, onion, lime juice, coriander, mustard (water, spirit vinegar, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, spices), sugar, sea salt, garlic, Scotch Bonnet Chilli, turmeric powder.
